METAL HARE 2011
Pisces correlates to the Taoist astrology sign the Hare, and 2011 is the year of the Hare. Under Hare’s artistic influence, create a comfortable home that is your peaceful sanctuary. Hare does not like surprises or any unexpected turn of events, so stay calm and steady. 2011 is the year of the Metal Hare, and Metal’s season is autumn. In feng shui, Metal is represented by a clean, pristine, minimal, organized environment. This full Moon, see what you can transform in your environment. Clean up your home and reduce all clutter. Autumn Equinox is Friday September 23, the time of equal day and equal night. Strive for balance and organize your home for Equinox.

When i was 18 a friend gave me a deck of tarot cards. I used them for a while and enjoyed reading them . I put them away for 35 years and have an interest in them again. I sadley can not find my orgingal cards . I am sure they are around i would have never got rid of them. This is what leads me to you . I bought your book in New Orleans and a pack of Morgan-Greer cards. The girl in the shop told me your book reads these cards well. She did not have your cards. But in your book i don’t see how to read the cards when they are upside down. In the Morgan -Greer instructions it does. Am i missing something in your book?
I confess i have not finished reading the whole book. I was inspired to see you lived in Chicago for a while as well as a do. I would love to take a class in the area of the Northwest suburbs of Chicago or northside of Chicago do you have any suggestions?
Thank-you for your time

Dear Donna,
Thank you for writing. GREAT that tarot has returned in your life after 35 years! And the Morgan-Greer is a lovely tarot deck.
I appreciate that the woman in the New Orleans shop recommended my book Introduction to Tarot. I wrote it with the illustrations of the classic Waite and Crowley decks, but the info works for almost all tarot decks including the Morgan Greer.
About reversals, please refer to page 163 of my book where I explain reversals.
I do not know any people to recommend in Chicago or in the northern suburbs. If there is a Tarot Symposium in Chicago, that might be worth attending.
Good luck!
