Mark your calendars! Plan ahead for Mercury retrograde cycles in 2014!
Communication planet Mercury goes retrograde for three weeks three times a year. During Mercury retrograde, it is easy to lose your keys, get confused when driving, lose personal items, and have technical difficulties.
But Mercury retrograde is also a good time to review, redo, revise, and follow up on projects before moving ahead to new ones.
In Chinese astrology, 2014 is the year of the Horse. Events can become quite chaotic during Mercury retrogrades in a Horse year. So be brave and ride out these wild energy cycles in February, June, and October:
February 6 – 28 in Air sign Aquarius. Good for a think tank, new ideas, and networking. Mercury is exalted in Aquarius, the best sign for Mercury.
June 7 – July 1 in Air sign Gemini. Events fly by and energy is fast paced in this double Horse month; a Metal Horse month in Wood Horse year. Metal chops Wood so be careful to avoid accidents.
October 4 – 25 in Air sign Libra. Relationships will be important under the influence of Libra. This retrograde gives us more opportunities to thoroughly communicate to loved ones.
