Lots of conjunctions: Moon conjuncts Neptune for strong intuition, a natural Tiger trait. Sun conjuncts Mercury to talk not listen. Venus conjuncts Jupiter for love luck, maybe money luck too. But Mars conjuncts Saturn so avoid taking on too many activities or obligations. Tiger day luck strong for Tiger, Dog, Horse, and Pig. Tiger hours 3 am – 5 am.
Tues Aug 12 is Wood RABBIT day of harmonious trines: Moon trines Mars and Saturn for emotional stability and sense of security that gentle Rabbit craves. Sun trines Uranus for new discoveries and artistic ideas. Mars trines Neptune bringing spiritual actions, and tending to the needs of others. Rabbit day luck strong for Rabbit, Sheep, Dog, and Pig. Rabbit hours 5 – 7 am.
Wed Aug 13 is Fire DRAGON (red Dragon) day. Moon trines Venus and Jupiter so time for a mid-week celebration! Romance is fortunate, and good feelings are contagious. Splurging is OK. Dragon brings generosity and easy rapport with others. Also a good day to add beauty to your environment. But Sun squares Saturn, and Mars conjuncts Saturn, so not a day for hard work or attention to duty. Dragon day luck strong for Dragon, Rat, Snake, and Monkey. Dragon hours 7 – 9 am.
Thurs Aug 14 is Fire SNAKE day. Moon conjunct Uranus for fast mood swings or impulsive feelings. Want to break from routine. Moon trines Sun to follow your heart, and Moon squares Pluto to risk a big change. Can shed skins of the past and old identities. Sun squares Saturn, and Mars conjuncts Saturn, to take it slow. That’s just fine with Snake. Snake day luck strong for Snake, Ox, Dragon, and Phoenix (Rooster). Snake hours 9 -11 am.
Fri Aug 15 is a DOUBLE HORSE day: Earth Horse day in this Wood Horse year. Now is a waxing half Moon, a time for balance of heart and mind. Moon trines Sun and Mercury for pleasant communication, harmony with others, and nice social times. But Mercury opposite Neptune so can over do it. Fortunately Mars trines Neptune to reach your goal, and help others reach their goals too. Double Horse day luck strong for Horse, Tiger, Sheep, and Dog. Horse hours 11 am – 1 pm.
Sat Aug 16 is an Earth SHEEP day. Sun is not aspected so could be challenging to finds your center. Eat well, rest if you can, and take care on this Earth Sheep day. Moon trines Pluto for resolution of conflict, and can make plans for the future. But Moon opposite Mars and Saturn so easy to feel irritated by little things or find fault in relationships. Lighten up, and think before you speak. Sheep day luck strong for Sheep, Rabbit, Horse, and Pig. Sheep hours 1 – 3 pm.
Sun Aug 17 is a DOUBLE MONKEY day: Metal Monkey day in Water Monkey month. Venus conjuncts Jupiter for love luck and romance that’s nice for a good meal or get together. And today could be lucky for money too and bring unexpected windfalls from different areas. But Mars conjuncts Saturn, and Sun squares Moon, so might have to slow down enthusiastic Monkey energy and inspiration. Monkey day luck strong for Monkey, Rat, Dragon, and Snake. Monkey hours 3 – 5 pm.

Highlights this week are fun Pig Wednesday, lively Fire Tiger Saturday, and gentle Rabbit Sunday.
Mon Aug 18 is Metal PHOENIX (Rooster) day. Moon sextiles Venus and Jupiter for pleasant times, nice rapport, and good feelings. But Moon squares Mercury and Neptune whereby emotions could be misunderstood, or people prefer fantasy to reality. Plus Venus squares Mars so easy to nitpick or find fault in relationships. Phoenix day luck strong for Phoenix, Ox, Dragon, and Snake. Phoenix hours 5 – 7 pm.
Tues Aug 19 is Water DOG (black Dog) day. Dog days are fortunate in Horse year. Venus conjunct Jupiter continues so enjoy life and appreciate relationships. Loyalty is important on a Dog day. Kindness in relationships softens Venus squares Mars. But Mars conjuncts Saturn so must slow down, which no one wants to do in Horse year. Dog day luck strong for Dog, Rabbit, Tiger, and Horse. Dog hours 7 – 9 pm.
Wed Aug 20 is Water PIG day. Moon trines Neptune for strong intuition, increased perception, and sensitivity. But Sun and Mercury are opposite Neptune so perhaps some confusion or uncertainty. Not the day for plans or discipline; Pig is a free spirit. Pig day luck strong for Pig, Tiger, Rabbit, and Sheep. Pig hours 9 – 11 pm.
Thurs Aug 21 is Wood RAT day with many lucky trines. Moon trines Mars and Saturn to be realistic, and for strength to stand your ground. Mercury trines Pluto bringing interest in what’s below the surface. Venus trines Uranus for something different, a change of pace. But Moon squares Uranus and is opposite Pluto can be too hasty, jump to wrong conclusions, or emotions not harmonious. Rat day luck strong for Rat, Ox, Dragon, and Monkey. Rat hours 11 pm – 1 am.
Fri Aug 22 is Wood OX day. No strong lunar aspects so can feel not connected emotionally. A bit adrift helped by grounding influence of Ox day. Many aspects to Venus so appreciate beauty.
