So use the intelligent energy of this double Rat day to organize your thoughts and complete communication. Fortunately, the ongoing Mercury and Venus conjunction sextiles Uranus bringing an element of genius to practical problem solving, and you can find new stimulation and ideas. Stay positive and not try for a power play with both Moon and Uranus squaring Pluto. Rat day luck strong for Rat, Ox, Dragon, and Monkey. Rat hours 11 pm – 1 am.

Tues Jan 13 Earth OX day. Now is the last quarter Moon, the waning half Moon, a time for balance. Moon trines Mars to assert yourself, have courage, and stand your ground like strong Ox. Persevere even though Mars and Neptune continue to square Saturn that brings doubt, and can feel like driving with the brakes on. Simplify and reduce clutter if you’re feeling overwhelmed. Ox day luck strong for Ox, Rat, Snake, and Phoenix (Rooster). Ox hours 1 am – 3 am.

Wed Jan 14 is Metal TIGER (white Tiger) day. Tiger day in Horse year is fortunate because Tiger and Horse are best friends, along with Dog. The Moon is in a lucky trine with Neptune to follow feelings and be instinctive like a Tiger. But Moon squares Mercury and Venus so communication can be challenging. Not the day to get to the bottom of things, and try not to lose your temper on this strong Metal Tiger day. Instead, go out tonight and let off some steam in needed. Tiger day luck strong for Tiger, Dog, Horse, and Pig. Tiger hours 3 am – 5 am.

Thurs Jan 15 is Metal RABBIT day. Moon sextiles Sun for good balance of heart and mind. You can recover from any previous Tiger day challenges. Moon squares Jupiter, but is a good square due to the influence of Jupiter, for warm feeling, generosity, and Rabbit kindness. Mercury and Venus opposite Jupiter brings optimism and pleasurable interactions with others. Rabbit day luck strong for Rabbit, Sheep, Dog, and Pig. Rabbit hours 5 – 7 am.

Fri Jan 16 is Water DRAGON (black Dragon) day. Moon conjuncts Saturn bringing a serious tone. Some challenging squares today: Moon squares Mars and Neptune so you might feel held back by delays. Due to the ongoing Mars square Saturn, It’s best to proceed carefully. Be thorough even if projects take more time than anticipated. It’s easy to become impatient during the tail of this Wood Horse year. Saturn square Neptune can bring confusion. And the ongoing Uranus square Pluto can seem chaotic — so stay steady! Sat Jan 17 is Water SNAKE day. Today is fortunate because Moon trines both Jupiter, and Uranus! There’s a new sense of well being, Snake insights, and people offer their support. Time for something different to stimulate your creative imagination, especially since Snake is one of the artists of the Chinese zodiac. Plus Moon sextiles Venus for lovely social connections with your charmed circle of close friends. Snake day luck strong for Snake, Ox, Dragon, and Phoenix (Rooster). Snake hours 9 -11 am.

Sun Jan 18 is double Wood HORSE: Wood Horse day in this Wood Horse year! Moon sextiles Mars and Neptune for physical strength, plus sensitivity to the feelings of others. Good for a day trip or adventure, especially before communication planet Mercury goes retrograde on Wednesday January 21 for three weeks until February 11. Mercury retrograde is not considered an auspicious time for travel. If you do travel during Mercury retrograde, allow more time to make your travel connections, read all documents carefully, and be aware to not misplace your wallet or keys. Energy winds down to a new Moon on Tuesday February 20 that starts Fire Ox month, the final month of Wood Horse year. Double Horse day luck strong for Horse, Tiger, Sheep, and Dog.
