2018 Aquarian Lunar Eclipse

July 27 2018 is a full Moon eclipse in Aquarius. Air sign Aquarius rules the 11th house of friends, groups, and the larger collective of all humanity. And collective humanity could experience some conflict as this eclipsed full Moon conjuncts Mars that’s retrograde in Leo until August 27.

So not the best time to forge ahead, especially with communication planet Mercury retrograde, also in Leo, until August 18. But this can be a good time to work collectively and in community under the influence of Aquarius, and during this Dog year when the underdog is championed and the truth is sniffed out.

Uranus Squares

Emotions and passions are strong as the Sun in Fire sign Leo conjuncts a lunar node, meaning there’s a heightened sense of fate or destiny. The Sun, lunar node, full Moon, and Mars all square rebel planet Uranus in Taurus. There can be unexpected disruptive energy, or ego conflicts and disagreements. People could be impatient, accident prone, or jump to the wrong conclusions if there are unexpected emotional upsets.

Yet these Uranus squares can be a very liberating influence if repressed tensions come to the surface to be healed, especially during an eclipse. Contact me for your tarot, astrology, or feng shui consultation during this challenging lunar cycle.

Lucky Trines

Fortunately, Saturn trines Uranus offering needed stability between old and new to keep your present life structure while exploring new experiences. Even with the Uranian desire for complete freedom, this Saturn trine brings focus to maintain responsibilities.

More lucky trines are Venus trines Pluto for psychological insights about relationships, and deeper understanding of personal motivations. Jupiter trines Neptune enhancing idealism, social justice, and the quest for universal spiritual truth. Luck is strongest for Air signs Aquarius, Libra, and Gemini and those born in Tiger, Dog, Horse, and Pig years.

Happy full Moon,

Susan
