October 1 2020 at 2:05 pm PDT is a full Moon in Aries. Fire sign Aries rules the 1st house of self image, creative potential, and self expression. Under the influence of brave dynamic Aries, there’s opportunity to expand your circle and make progress with your goals. This is the Harvest Moon, the full Moon closest to Autumn Equinox on September 22.

This full Moon marks the peak of Phoenix (Rooster) month. Phoenix is a hard worker, and is naturally good with details, so Phoenix energy is very helpful when taking action. Put plans in motion now, or complete what is in progress, before Mercury retrograde from October 13 until November 3.

Mercury will be retrograde for three weeks in Water sign Scorpio. Decisions could be made based on emotions, not rational understanding of facts. For some people, it can be challenging to follow your intuition. Contact me for your tarot reading, astrology forecast, or feng shui consultation for clarity.

The Jupiter, Saturn, and Pluto conjunction in Earth sign Capricorn continues, emphasizing both financial and political issues. Saturn and Pluto square Mars in Aries also continues, that can bring power struggles and disagreements.

Fortunately, Venus in Leo trines Mars that’s favorable for creativity. Relationship problems can be smoothed over with a generous balance between individual desire and the needs of others. There can be love, passion, and romance under the light of this full Moon!

Opportunities for progress and dynamic breakthrough are for all, and are strongest for Fire signs Aries, Leo, and Sagittarius and those born in Dragon, Phoenix, Monkey, and Rat years.

The next full Moon on October 31 will be a Blue Moon, meaning the second full Moon in one month. The Blue full Moon will be in Taurus on Halloween.

Happy full Moon,

Susan
