Snake in 2027 Fire Sheep Year
Your powers of observation, strategies, and plans can bring rewards in this Fire Sheep year. But maintain a realistic focus, steady pace, and no fast moves. Snake and Sheep are both artistic and creative making this is your year to find an artistic outlet to express yourself. Snake is naturally intuitive so you can also develop your skills in meditation and the magical arts. For example, learn to read tarot with my The Complete Tarot Kit. Or you can enjoy beautifying your home and wardrobe. And you can enjoy lovely social times which can become dramatic if taken to extremes. The middle path is best for you this year. Charming new friends will prove valuable in later years.
The element Fire empowers the 1977 Fire Snake to create a brighter blaze. Fire strengthens the 1989 Earth Snake because Fire is the “mother” of Earth; after Fire burns it creates ash that is more Earth. Fire melts Metal so stay steady and take care of yourself for the 2001 or 1941 Metal Snake. The 2013 or 1953 Water Snake has an advantage this year because Water can control and extinguish Fire. The 2025 or 1965 Wood Snake could be in the role of the nurturer or caregiver this year because Wood is the “mother” of Fire. Wood is fuel for Fire, so the Wood Snake benefits by keeping boundaries and not overgiving.
Snake Personality
Enticing Snake is creative, attractive, and talented. Snakes can be very sociable when they want to be. When they are in the mood for it, they enjoy making friends and creating contacts and networks.
Snake is known for thinking and intellectualizing. Therefore, Snake can appear cool and aloof at times. Snake possesses both charm and a mysterious quality; she won’t reveal her thoughts to just anyone. If she allows you to get close, you will discover that Snake is caring, sensitive, compassionate, and a humorous person.
Snake is extremely determined, strives for success, and follows desires regardless of circumstances. Unlike Dragon who accomplishes goals through intense outward actions and activities, Snake accomplishes goals through careful plans and calculations. Snake is not afraid to take risks and has immense mental capacity to turn the outcome in her favor.
Fire Snake has the Fire qualities of reason, expressiveness, aggressiveness, leadership, and a proper sense of etiquette.
Earth Snake has the Earth qualities of stability, honesty, practicality, industry, prudence, reliability, kindness, and loyalty.
Metal Snake has the Metal qualities of righteousness, independence, strong will, intensity, uprightness, determination, and ability to focus.
Water Snake has the Water qualities of sensitivity, drive, effectiveness, creativity, passion for life and sex, valuing family and close contacts, and the potential to attract.
Wood Snake has the Wood qualities of boldness, creativity, enthusiasm, idealism, imagination, planning, decision making, steadfastness, benevolence, and competitiveness.
Snake Year
Snake year is a time of introspection, planning, and seeking answers. People will ponder and think before they act. Good taste and elegance will prevail in fashion, theater, film, and all the arts. Snake wisdom influences contributions in the sciences through new technological inventions and discoveries. But this is not an auspicious year for gambling, investing, or taking any financial risks because the calamities of the previous Dragon year can continue into Snake year. Expect political extremes, scandals, and the exposing of secrets.
Tao Te Ching verse for Snake
Look and it can’t be seen.
Listen and it can’t be heard.
Reach and it can’t be grasped.
Above it isn’t brighter.
Below it isn’t dark.
Seamless and without name it returns to the realm of nothing.
Form that includes all forms.
Image without an image.
Subtle beyond all conception.
Approach it and there is no beginning.
Follow it and there is no end.
You can’t know it but you can be it, at ease in your own life.
Just realize where you come from.
This is the essence of wisdom.
