Summer Solstice!

SAGITTARIUS FULL MOON on SUMMER SOLSTICE

June 20, 2016 at 4:02 am PT is a full Moon in Sagittarius. This is the second full Moon in Sagittarius this year, an unusual occurrence. This full Moon in 29 degrees of Sagittarius, the last degree of this sign, brings a second opportunity to speak your truth, make change, and move forward. At 3:24 pm PT is Summer Solstice, the longest day in the northern hemisphere. Time to enjoy the sunshine and beauty of Mother Nature at her peak.

The Sun is conjunct Venus that brings creativity, romance, and social times. But this Sun/Venus conjunction is opposite the full Moon so your head might decide one thing while your heart feels another. Fortunately, the full Moon trines Uranus to break your routine, and discover new ideas and experiences.

There is a grand mutable square of Mercury in Gemini opposite Saturn in Sagittarius, and squaring Jupiter in Virgo and Neptune in Pisces. Due to so many mutable signs, it’s easy to get ahead of yourself. It can be a challenge to be patient or allow events to develop over time, especially in relationships. It’s best to be flexible and adaptable to more easily flow with mutable energy.

Fiery Sagittarius full Moon plus Summer Solstice energy is inspirational for all, and is most strongly experienced by the Fire signs Sagittarius, Aries, and Leo and those born in Rat, Dragon, and Monkey years. During these exciting times, call me at 415.642.8019 in San Francisco or email susan@susanlevitt.com to schedule your tarot, astrology, or feng shui consultation.
