Happy New Year!
January 2, 2022 at 10:33 am PST is a new Moon in Capricorn. Earth sign Capricorn rules the 10th house of career, finances, and the practical matters of life. The new Moon, Sun, Venus, and Pluto are in Capricorn to clear out, beautify, and get organized for the New Year.
This new Moon begins Metal Ox month, the final lunar month of 2021 Metal Ox year. In Feng Shui, Metal represents a shiny, pared-down, and pristine environment. Therefore, this double Metal Ox time is ideal to do a major purge, and a thorough cleaning to be ready when opportunities come your way in 2022 Tiger year.
Fortunately, the new Moon and Sun trine Uranus in Taurus. It’s easier and less upsetting to make needed changes in your personal environment. As you pare down and release, there can be discoveries about yourself and others, and you can see the past in a new light.
